General:
This extended surface heavy duty, high efficiency air filter, offers a wide range of dirt removal
efficiencies with extremely low resistance to air flow. It was designed for the rotating machinery
to withstand the rigors of centrifugal compressors, gas turbines, and engines. The filter offers high
performance filtration, long service life and low operating costs.The filter is offered in ASHRAE
rated efficiencies in 60~65%( MERV11 ), 80~85%( MERV13 ), 90~95%( MERV14 ), 95%( MERV15 )
and HEPA rated efficiency H10-14. The broad range of performance provide the required level of
clean air for any application.
Construction:
The filter’s cell and header are made by extremely strong and durable of Acrylonitrile Butadiene
Styrene (ABS) or High Impact Polystyrene, provide a sturdy construction that resist damage
during shipping, handling, and operation, yet light weight and easy to install, all components are
fully incinerable.
V bank filter nominal size 24x24x12” in plastic frame has 2-5 bags different shapes, The header
can be 20mm or 25mm. It also able made by galvanized steel in flat box or single header shape
for 2-6 bags.
Media & separator:
The filter media is moisture resist synthetic polypropylene paper or micro-fine glass fiber paper
and pleated in mini pleats pack, they are able to install in the horizontal or vertical position; Media
pack is separated by continuous beads of thermo-setting adhesive to maintain uniform spacing
between pleats to assure air flow evenly and media pack rigidity, the entire media pack is guaranteed
leak free around the entire perimeter of the product.
Faceguards: (optional)
Coated mesh faceguard or plastic mesh faceguard make filter standing in higher capacity airflow,
having longer life. And also it protect filter against damage during shipping handling and installation.
Operating Conditions:
Recommended operation temperature range from 0 ~ 160°F.
